We are looking for a highly skilled back end developer. You will be responsible for developing and designing back end web architecture, working alongside senior management. You will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail. 

Role and Responsibilities:

1.  Design and build high-quality systems using React, Django and AWS 

2. Consistently write well tested, readable, secure, and accessible code

 3. Contribute to and guide architectural and technology discussions for the team 

4. Help to define and coach engineering best practices in the team, fostering a culture of quality, pair programming, clean coding, and test-driven development 

5. Strengthen the team’s agile practices through continuous improvement activities

 6. Effectively use written, verbal, and visual communication to facilitate technical discussion and share ideas

 7. Help build and contribute to an awesome team culture 

 

 Desired Technical Skills

 1. Must have 3+ years of experience in web development.

 2. Must be highly proficient in Django ,Python ,PostgresDB ,MongoDB ,RedisDB ,AWS Services ,Docker,Micro-Services

3.Must be highly proficient in REST API and Schema Design.

 4.Must have built some end-to-end features.

5.Understanding of OO and SOLID principles

 6. A strong practitioner of good engineering practices, such as TDD, CI/CD

 7. Should have worked in Agile Development Team in a Product-based company 

8.Hands on experience with version control tools i.e. git 

9.Hands on experience in writing Unit Test Cases. 

10. Good to have some prior experience with SQL Query Optimizations ,Serverless ,Terrafor ,GraphQL
