Description
The ideal candidate would have a mixed experience of technical and managerial roles and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members across geographical locations. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

 

Responsiblities:

Manage each project’s scope and timeline
Coordinate and facilitate Sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Coach team members in Agile frameworks
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Be the point of contact for external communications for example from customers or stakeholders
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity, building high-performing Agile teams
Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
Know that Agile teamwork gets the job done
 

Requirements:

Familiarity with software development
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, features and user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Scrum, Safe, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), etc.)
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
You have 2 years relevant experience as Scrum Master or team lead/coach
Scrum master certification is a plus (Professional Scrum Master PSM I / II / III, Professional Agile Leadership (PAL) or similar)
